.spa etiquette
To ensure a relaxing environment please arrive prior your appointment time to fill in forms and begin to absorb our relaxing surroundings. If running late your treatment may be reduced in respect to the next client resulting in treatment finishing on
time and will be charged at full price.

.mobile phones, noise and children
We provide a retreat of complete relaxation, in respect to other clients upon entering please switch off all electrical devices including mobile phones and leave the outside world behind. Children are not to accompany clients; alternatively we
have a mobile service where we can bring the treatments to you. Please keep noise to a minimum.

.appointments
Booking appointments in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. Credit card details, cash deposit or gift card
number is required at time of booking to secure all reservations and are non-refundable.

.cancellations
We understand schedules change, however we require a minimum 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee
will be charged to your credit card or your next appointment.
