Can I return or exchange my order?
I want you to love your new skincare as much as I do. If you don’t, that’s ok – you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below.
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
If you’ve used less than 30% of the product, we’ll only offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 30% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
And I can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us – we’ll always try to help you if we can.
Refunds
Refunds will only be available for Faulty Items, Allergic Reactions or Incorrect/Damaged Item as per Australian Consumer Law. You can return item(s) by mail or in person by appointment at urbanSpa I Shed Retreat
30 DAY RETURNS POLICY
Within 30 days of your original purchase items can be returned if they are:
In the rare instance you’ve had an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use of the product immediately and please take a photo and I will be in touch to discuss your reaction. Allergy returns must be less than 20% of product used upon arrival back to urbanSpa I Shed Retreat and all information gathered will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for approval within their return guidelines.
- Faulty or Damaged Item on Arrival
If you receive an item that is damaged please take a photo & inform urbanSpa I Shed Retreat within 7 days of receiving your item and I will contact you to organise for your item return and replacement.
- Incorrect Item on Arrival
If you receive an item that isn’t what you ordered please inform urbanSpa I Shed Retreat within 7 days of receiving your item and I will contact you to organise for your item return and replacement, providing the item is unopened & in original condition.
